class libevocosm::windowed_scaler< OrganismType >

Implements windowed fitness scaling, whereby all fitness values are modified by subtracting the minimum fitness in the population.

Parameters:
OrganismType- The type of organism

Creates a new windowed scaler with a given set of parameters.
